Our tiny homes are built to last, combining durability with energy efficiency. We use steel studs for the framing, ensuring a strong, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant structure. The walls are insulated with 2lb closed-cell spray foam, providing an impressive R-value of 20, which enhances energy efficiency and helps maintain a comfortable interior temperature in all seasons.

RV Certification

What Is an RV-Certified Tiny House?

Our tiny homes are built directly on trailer chassis and are certified as either Recreational Vehicles (RVs) or Park Models. We follow stringent manufacturing standards to ensure top-notch quality and safety. Regular inspections by Intertek and RVIA guarantee that each tiny house meets the highest standards.

  • Canadian RV Standards: CSA Z240 RV (RVs) & CSA Z241 (Park Models)
  • USA RV Standards: NFPA 1192 (RVs) & ANSI A1195 (Park Models)

With these certifications, you can trust that your tiny home is built for durability and compliance.

RV certification ensures your tiny home meets rigorous safety and quality standards, providing peace of mind. It also simplifies zoning and legal placement, as many municipalities recognize certified RVs for residential or recreational use.

Regulations for full-time living in an RV-certified tiny home vary by location. Check with your local municipality to confirm zoning and utility requirements. RV certification often makes it easier to gain approval for full-time living.

While inspections are not required after purchase, maintaining your tiny home in accordance with certification standards can help ensure its longevity and safety.

RV-certified tiny homes are designed for mobility and comply with standards for recreational vehicles, while Park Models are intended for semi-permanent placement and follow slightly different regulations.
